論秘書的職業(yè)道德建設(shè)

摘   要

秘書工作作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)最廣泛的社會(huì)職業(yè)之1，它不僅是設(shè)立在黨政機(jī)關(guān)、企業(yè)單位、社會(huì)團(tuán)體的1個(gè)職位角色，更重要的是它能直接輔助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，協(xié)助其組織、指揮、管理工作和全面處理日常事務(wù)。因此，加強(qiáng)秘書的職業(yè)道德建設(shè)與研究勢在必行。本文主要論述了秘書職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的內(nèi)容、要求，并從誠信守法、自尊自愛、廉潔自律等方面論述了如何加強(qiáng)和建設(shè)秘書的職業(yè)道德，這對新時(shí)期的秘書工作有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
